Our aim is to partner with anyone whose site relates to literacy, linguistics, education, homeschooling, or other subjects related to the mission of Logic of English and who desires to share and promote our work.

By submitting this application form for the Logic of English Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the following terms and conditions of this program:

APPLICATION AND ACCOUNTS
Interested bloggers and website hosts must submit their website and contact information for approval before an affiliate account will be set up. Affiliate applications must be approved by  Pedia Learning, Inc., before the applicant may post affiliate links and before any affiliate link sale commissions will be paid out.

Pedia Learning, Inc. reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s account at any time, for any reason or none.

ARTWORK, BANNERS, AND LINKS 
Banners and artwork provided by Logic of English must be used without modification.  We strive to have convenient graphic formats available.  You may request alternate formats or layouts of banners if needed.

Only banners provided by Logic of English may be used as graphical anchors for affiliate links.  Text links are acceptable in clear context.

You agree to use only linking code obtained from Logic of English without manipulation.  You may not use any deception or obfuscation of intent, placement or code with the Affiliate Program links.

All copyright and intellectual property ownership will remain with Logic of English.  No license to use or redistribute copyrighted material is implied, beyond the use intended.

SALES AND COMMISSIONS
The commission rate is 15% for each Logic of English Store sale completed by a customer linking to the Logic of English website through an affiliates link as provided by the affiliate program.  Commissions are generated when a customer completes a sale at the Logic of English web store with an affiliate cookie set, as determined by the commercial affiliate tracking software used on the Logic of English web store.

Cookies set in a customer’s browser after following an affiliate link expire after 60 days.  The earliest valid affiliate cookie available from the customer’s browser will be credited with the sale.

Problems arising from technical or usage issues, such as a customer erasing or denying cookies, browser compatibility issues, or other technical issues beyond the control of Logic of English, are not subject to this agreement and are not open for review or recompense after the fact.

PAYMENT
Affiliate commission payments are made on quarterly (3 month) intervals.  A minimum commission balance of $50.00 is required for payout on a given cycle.  Unpaid commissions will accrue until the next payment cycle.  Affiliates who have not accrued more than $50 in commissions may request a payment of less than $50.00 after 1 year.

Affiliate commission payments are made via PayPal®. Affiliates must provide a valid and current PayPal account in order to receive payment. Pedia Learning, Inc. may consider requests to compensate an affiliate with a different payment method on a case-by-case basis.

All affiliate link activity is tracked by our affiliate software. Affiliates may view up-to-date information on sales, traffic, link activity, and account balance by logging into their LOE Affiliate Program accounts. Pedia Learning, Inc. reserves the right to make all final decisions about affiliate commissions and sales.
